We only sell RAW honey which means it has not been pasteurized. Our process is simply to spin the honeycomb and collect the honey, strain to 400 microns and pack it into the container, ready to be enjoyed by our customer.
All Raw Liquid Honey will crystalize in time because it has not been pasteurized and highly filtered. We have not filtered out the natural pollen and enzymes from the honey, leaving the natural richness for our customers’ benefit. If liquid honey NEVER crystallizes, that’s an indication that it’s been pasteurized and finely filtered, thus removing almost all the pollen etc…the goodness you get with raw honey.
Crystallized honey can be re-liquefied simply by warming the honey container, or by spreading the honey on hot toast. Whatever means you choose to warm the honey, just remember two things, do not use the microwave and, do not heat the honey beyond 40C.
