This scene is called By the Fire and is a picture of a family of four enjoying time around a campfire. They are roasting marshmallows too! The material used in this picture are hand selected by the artist on the shores of Lake Winnipeg. 

Manitoba is well known for it’s love of the iconic family campfire. Families in Manitoba celebrate being together and enjoying the outdoors around a crackling fire and often roasting marshmallows.  Campfires come in all shapes and sizes whether it’s at the cottage, camping, or home in the backyard fire pit. To commemorate the beloved campfire season I created this endearing scene titled “ By the Fire”. 

I only make these once or twice a year due to the long process involved in creating these. I do accept custom orders as long as you are not in a rush. These scenes are the perfect way to capture summer memories of nights around the campfire with friends  and loved ones.
