We get it! Sometimes delivery might not be the most convenient option to receive your products. Choose to have your items shipped to a GoodLocal Pickup Point instead and come down to pick up your order when it’s ready. Here’s what you should know:

Where can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order from any GoodLocal Pickup Point listed below. We offer pick up hours before the store opens so please call the number if you arrive early!

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Place your order online Tuesday before 6pm for Friday pickup. Wait until you receive a pick-up notification email, then come down to pick up your order!

What do I need to bring?

When you arrive, please have your ID and order number handy! If someone else is picking up your order, we’ll ask for the name on the order and the order number. Please ensure the person picking up the order has this information.

How long will you hold my order?

We’ll hold your order for 7 days starting the day it’s ready for pickup. Orders that are not picked up during this timeframe will be canceled and a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Can I return a pickup order?

Absolutely! All online pickup orders can be returned. Check out our return policy for more information on reufundable and non-refundable products.

Call, and stay in your car while we load your order into your trunk for you.

How it works:

  1. Place your order online Tuesday before 6pm for Friday pickup. (first 500 orders placed that week)
  2. Wait until you receive the pick-up notification email.
  3. When you arrive at the store, please wait in your vehicle and call the phone number of your GoodLocal Pickup Point.
  4. We’ll answer the phone and confirm pickup by asking for your name and order number.
  5. We’ll bring your order right to your trunk!
